At the South Side Music Hall in Dallas, TX, Palaye Royale performed their third show on their Fever Dream Tour. The show began with an American rock band called Starbenders. Everyone screamed for the lead singer Kimi Shelter when she entered the stage. They kicked off the show with a super, high-energy performance that got the crowd hyped and ready for the next and final opener, Mod Sun.

Mod Sun performed some of his songs from his 2021 album, Internet Killed The Rockstar, including one of his favorites “Bones”. Mod Sun had a great stage presence and moved quickly from one side to the other. His vibe and energy matched perfectly with the entire crowd. After his set, the audience was ready for Palaye Royale to finally enter the stage.

Palaye Royale's first song of the night was “Nightmares”, from their 2020 album The Bastards. The entire crowd sang along not only to their first song but every single song after. There were mosh pits, crowd surfing, and tons of screaming fans. This show brought out one of the best audiences I’ve ever seen.

Towards the end of their set, lead singer Remington Leith played the intro to one of their most popular songs “Dying In A Hot Tub” on piano. The crowd was quiet while he played and as soon as he sang the chorus the entire crowd erupted and the entire room sang along with him.

The entire band had an amazing stage presence as nobody stayed still the entire show. Leith and lead guitarist Sebastian Danzig took turns going back and forth jumping on top of the props on stage. All of them put 110% into their performance and really made it one of the best shows I have ever been to.

One of the last songs of the night was one of my personal favorites called “Fever Dream”, from their latest album. You could tell everyone was waiting for them to perform this song. It was a beautiful performance by Palaye Royale. After the song ended drummer Emerson Barrett handed out roses to the crowd which left some girls with tears of happiness. This show was one of those shows that you want to see again and again. I look forward to see Palaye Royale back in Dallas soon.
