What makes a good show? An artist or band with a high-octane, fun-filled show? Sure. What about a show with a great headliner and free beer? Perfect. Thanks to the great people at Budweiser, the South Side Ballroom turned into a giant tasting room for pint bottles of its namesake beer. And while the 21+ crowd enjoyed their libations, they were treated to an action-packed set by Brooklyn duo, Matt and Kim. If you have never seen a Matt and Kim show, you are definitely missing out. Wild antics, charming and witty banter, and a ton of blistering pop music to keep you smiling for days. And while this wasn't a typical Matt and Kim show (free beer = massive amount of dude bros), it was fun nonetheless. Budweiser also had the mashup dynamos, the White Panda, deejay following Matt and Kim's set. You can't beat a good afternoon. Well, unless it was free of cost.
