Two of the best female vocalist in rock joined forces after three years of being absent in the Lone Star state. Evanescence and Halestorm rolled into North Texas for the Bitter Truth Tour. Thousands in attendance gather at the modern-built Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas for an incredible night of music.
Halestorm kicked off with a bang, performing hits like "Love Bites", "I Get Off", and "I Miss the Misery" alongside new tunes like "Back from the Dead". Evanescence stormed into the stage performing "Broken Pieces Shine" from their recent album, The Bitter Truth, for what was going to be the beginning of a 20-song set featuring staple songs like "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal". Both Amy Lee and Lzzy Hale shared the stage for what was an emotional song cover of "Heavy" by LINKIN PARK honoring the late great Chester Bennington.
