Kinder Than Wolves EP Release @ the Social, Orlando, FL

Sometimes in life, there are instances that demand your attention and should not be ignored. How I met, and then later had the opportunity to photograph the Kinder Than Wolves EP release show, was one of those moments. Through a series of random exchanges on social media, I met Paige, their lead singer and guitarist. When we first started talking, I was preparing to go to Orlando on vacation where, coincidentally, Kinder Than Wolves was scheduled to be playing. It did not take long to realize this band had real talent and I knew I wanted to photograph them. I immediately changed my flight to arrive a day early so that I could attend their release show in downtown Orlando at The Social. While talking with Paige it became clear that they also were on the receiving end of some of life's fortunate detours. Having originally only planned on being a studio band, I now had the privilege to photograph them while they played live for a packed and captivated audience. Kinder Than Wolves is made up of Paige Coley, Ryan Snow, and Grant Freeman. Their debut EP is available on both iTunes and Spotify and everyone should check them out. Photos of the show are below:
