On a beautiful, August evening out at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, kids from all over gathered to watch some energetic bands featuring K. Flay, Joywave, Bob Moses, and co-headliners Young the Giant and Cold War Kids. Kicking off the show was Bob Moses, who was a mixture of rock and electronic music. He was followed by Rochester, NY's Joywave, a full-piece band with an eye-opening sound with many different combined styles into their set and gave the audience something to sing and dance to! Third on the chart, K. Flay came onstage with her brand of music, which is a mixture of electronic with a hint of hip hop. K. Flay was a wonderful front lady with a lot of head banging, and seeing the crowd enjoying themselves, I can't wait to cover K. Flay in 2018! Co-headlining the event, Cold War Kids made an outstanding performance, playing fan favorites, ''First'', ''Hang Me Out to Dry'' and many more! The final performance of the night belonged to Young The Giant who hit the stage with energy and a very theatrical stage presence. The roar of the crowd was marvelous. The crowd, as well as myself, will be looking forward to the next Young The Giant show in St. Louis in 2018!
